Message: I love all of the junk you me! Everything works great. Postman hates the salt, though. Made him sweat carrying it. Only thing missing was a pack of peanut M&M's. That is a must when you ship something. Hardly anything gets in my front door unless it has a pack of peanut M&M's.

Message: Will tell you what- Russ and Jim have definatley made me realize that I needed to change what I thought "good" customer service is. They have exceeded EVERYBODY I have dealt with before by leaps and bounds. Have asked them probably close to 300 questions throughout the time I've known them and have always gotten an answer that not only answered my question but prevented me from having to ask a bunch of others just due to the knowledge they pass on to people. They are the first businessmen that I've dealt with in years that a) will give you an extreme amount of knowledge to help you(as well as to save you money from mistakes before you make them)and b) will do more than ever expected of them just to hear from you that you are having great success. I no longer consider them businessmen- I consider them gentlemen- and they are probably the only business I can say that about. If you havemt already should definately be dealing with these guys.
