Message: I needed a booster pump the same day when I found out last minute that my new apartment had low PSI flow. At 6pm Russ responded to my email within 5 minutes. He had 20 minutes to make the last UPS shipment for the next day and went out of his way to do so.
As if that wasnt enough. The next day I found out that my ro-tubing didnt match the booster pump. Russ came through again. He personally went to 2 hardware stores to find the necessary adapters and offered to meet me near my house with the parts.

Message: I must say out of all these Internet site for marine stuff. Saltwater critters is by far the most honest people I have ever meet. Russ is the man always looking out for the customer. I had the pleasure to meet him the other day and what a nice guy. He had TONS of stock ready to go out. I felt like I was at toys r us. Great prices great guys will always purchase my equipment and live stock from these guys. Can't wait for the swap, also that skimmer rocks.
