Message: (Part-2) I emailed Russ and 5 minutes later, he called me at home, and we started diagnosing and developing a strategy - remind you, this is Christmas Day! Russ's insight was fantastic, and calmed me down. He was able to give me advice - which I executed. I actually went to Russ's house, where I picked up a few supplies for the actions we were taking (on Christmas Day!). Russ kept in touch with me most of the day, checking on how things were going - and stayed with me over the next few days until the problem was resolved. This my friends is unbelievable customer service. I can tell you, I don't just consider Russ a good business man - I now consider him a Friend - Thanks Russ!! You are the best!!

Message: I decided it was time to do the big reef tank- and started researching. I found Saltwatercritters right in my back yard. From the first day I talked with Russ to discuss the design, he has been one of he nicest, most responsive, and knowledgeable people I have ever met. He helped me with the design from concept all way through execution - and I now have a great sysem. Here's where Russ sets himself apart. I started stocking the tank in late November - everything going great - perfect water conditions and a stable system. On Christmas morning, I noticed a problem - cloudy water, and a small ammonia spike, all algae died overnight, and no skimmate in my protein skimmer. (Continued in Part 2)

After a very easy phone call to Salt Water Critters, I knew exactly what I needed. He was extremely polite, honest, and very informative. You can always find what you want when searching the internet, but finding someone who cares as much about their customers as this company, there is no one better.
